The Westbury Ballroom
Designed with a contemporary and elegant pallet of colors, our 5000 sq ft multi-function ballroom features floor to ceiling 16-ft windows flooded with natural light. An outdoor terrace adjacent to the ballroom featuring retractable glass doors and a pergola allows you to hold an outdoor /indoor event in the same space.
This exquisite room can also be divided to accommodate smaller events or meetings. Guest’s will access the ballroom via a stunning staircase leading to a large 3100 sq ft refined pre-function space.
Vézina Room
Our Vezina room is the perfect space for guests looking to host smaller gatherings, meetings, or trainings. This 800 sq feet room features large floor to ceiling windows and can accommodate different set-ups. Guests will have access to a large 85’ flat screen TV & built in audio system perfect for presentations and teleconferencing.
You can also step outside the room and access the “Colibri’ Terrace for some fresh air or mingle in our elegant pre-function space. Our talented and creative catering team will work with you to customise your food and beverage needs.
Armstrong Boardroom
The Armstrong boardroom is an ideal space for those looking to host smaller executive meetings in a relaxed yet professional environment.
The room features a large 75’ flat screen TV, built in audio and WIFI. Guest’s can complement their meeting and work with our catering team to select a variety of food and beverage choices while using the space.
Mackenzie Room
Discover the Mackenzie room, an intimate space perfect for business meetings or short interviews. Located near the Lobby, this room can accommodate up to 6 people, providing a comfortable and convenient setting for your professional needs. Not equipped, it is ideal for informal meetings or quick gatherings.
The Mackenzie room is available for hourly reservations, offering flexibility and convenience for organizing your appointments with ease.
Colibri Terrace
Adjacent to the Westbury Ballroom and Vezina room with access from our pre-function space. The Colibri Terrace has been designed to provide guests with an outdoor / indoor experience.
This 1700 sq feet terrace is the perfect space to complement your outdoor event. Equipped with a stunning Pergola and contemporary furniture.
